2011 Knocdown/SCM Radio Indie R&B artist of the Year Singer/Songwriter Duane Scott hales from the town of Clarksdale, MS. This is a city that has had such great star's as Ike Turner, the late greats Sam Cooke, and hip-hop star Nate Dogg, Mega-Star Rick Ross, and Super-Producer Elvis "BlacElvis" Williams pass through its streets. Duane Scott is well on his way to continuing the string of great stars to come from this little town located in the Mississippi Delta.
